So you have had enough of your boss telling you what, where, when, how and why to do your work. Would it not be great if he or she was not around to do that? You maybe excellent at what you do but not at the routinely administrative tasks of running a business, maybe you are great at closing deals but not so good at marketing. You will most likely need others to help your business succeed and grow. You can still be in control and allow your business partners and employees enough freedom to make your business a success, in short you will need leadership.
