Most start up businesses these days, regardless if they are on the traditional order of restaurants or shops located on Main Streets throughout America and the world, or if they are home based businesses operated by one or two people, require a significant amount of money to get going and stay afloat. This should be no surprise or stroke of enlightenment. This is simply the nature of business. There are start up investment costs that range anywhere from a few thousand to over several hundred thousand dollars or more, insurance and legal fees, expenditures for tax consultants, marketing analysts, advertising costs, and the list goes on and on. For those of you who are looking for a business opportunity to make money with the least amount of risk, there are some options out there that are virtually free of overhead costs and start up investments.
While there is no real “perfect” business, it is hard to imagine an opportunity with as many advantages as those that can be found in what is commonly referred to as the field of network marketing. Network marketing is simply the marketing of a product, person-to-person, through a network of people. Each individual runs his or her own business by building an organization of like-minded entrepreneurs and business customers. Few small businesses of any type can claim the ability to duplicate their own efforts. A business usually creates revenues from a single location, like a store or a shop, and that’s the end of their revenue source. Network marketers each have the power to act like their own “franchising company.” They can build “outlets” by opening up spheres of influence circles through other business owners, who in turn, can do the same. A paycheck-to-paycheck existence this is not. Most people trade hours for dollars. In network marketing a person can leverage their time by having an organization of independent business owners, each devoted to building their own groups. Check some of these internet based companies out online. Most of them will not require spending a lot of money, and usually for under a thousand dollars you can get going with a bang. One of them may offer just the small business opportunity you are looking for.
