So what is it that you are trying to achieve with your business? Do you have a set of goals that you use as your compass to determine whether you are on course or not? Or do you simply get caught up in the daily affairs of running your business and, despite all your best intentions, you are slowly but surely losing the reigns and simply not achieving the goals that you set for your business?

Staying on course is not the easiest thing in the world, but with some discipline and regular attention given to your goals there is no reason why they are not achievable. Our human nature tends to result in us naturally providing less attention and focus to things as time progresses.

Some helpful tips with your goal setting:

  • Write down you business goals, and the specific steps required to achieve these goals.
  • Give specific thought as to the outcomes you are wanting.
  • Spend some time each day going through your goals and visualize your already having achieved those goals i.e. how you would feel, who you would be surrounded by etc.
  • Start acting as though those goals have already been achieved i.e. on some level this actually hastens the achievement of those goals.
  • In your goal setting, always bear the welfare of the great good in mind. When we start living and acting in a way the benefits the greater good, then miracles start happening, both within your business and within your personal life.

So the bottom line – by setting clear goals; putting an action plan in place; daily monitoring of your goals and visualising the achievement of your goals (for the greater good) – you will achieve your goals in a radical way – probably far surpassing the achievements you were initially aiming for.
